One builder, not a queue
Small on purpose. You talk to the person building it, on day 1 and on day 3.
NewWebsite.builders is a product of Digital Horizon Marketing Management FZCO. It exists because the gap between "I need a website" and "I have a website" is usually six weeks of meetings, and almost none of that is building.
NewWebsite.builders is run by Digital Horizon Marketing Management FZCO. The person you speak to on the scope call is the person who writes the code and hands over the keys. It is deliberately small: 1 builder, 7 sites shipped, 0 account managers between you and the work.
Who you talk to
The same person, on day 1 and on day 3. There is no account manager relaying your answers to a developer you never meet, which removes the step where a requirement quietly changes shape on the way through.
That is also the reason the call is only 30 minutes. You are not briefing somebody who has to brief somebody else.
Why the work is arranged this way
Two observations, both from doing it the slow way for years.
The first: most of a six week project is waiting. Waiting for feedback, for a second opinion, for the revision that arrives after everyone has moved on and has to reload the whole project into their head. Removing the gaps removes the reloading with them, and the work comes out better rather than rougher.
The second: most of what makes a website expensive later is what was chosen to make it cheap at the start. A theme, a builder, a stack of plugins. Writing the components by hand costs more on day 2 and less every month after it.
What this does not do
- No retainers. The keys are handed over so that you are not renting access to your own website.
- No hourly billing. A fixed price means an estimate that turns out to be wrong is our problem.
- No ranking promises. The technical work is guaranteed. A position on Google is not something anybody can guarantee honestly.
- No projects we should not take. If what you want is a product you can buy for 30 EUR a month, that is what you get told on the call.
The parent company
Digital Horizon Marketing Management FZCO is the company behind this. It works on marketing systems, commerce integrations and internal tools, and NewWebsite.builders is the part of it that does websites on a fixed price and a fixed calendar. Its own site is digital-horizon.io, and it was built on this stack too.
The record so far
7 websites live, across a restaurant, a content agency, an SEO platform, an AI product, a popup tool, a headless storefront and the parent company. Every one of them is listed with its real domain on the work page, because a portfolio you cannot click is not evidence.
