This page describes what this website does with information about you. It is short because the site does very little.
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party trackers. It stores one theme preference in your own browser. If you book a call or send an email, the details you give are used to hold that meeting and to quote the work, and nothing else.
What is stored in your browser
- Your theme choice, dark or light, kept in local storage under nwb-theme so the site does not forget it between visits.
- The page you arrived on, kept in session storage under nwb-entry for the length of the visit, so the opening animation does not play at someone who arrived on a deeper page.
Both live in your browser, are readable only by this site, and are removed when you clear site data. Neither is sent anywhere.
If you book a call
The booking form asks for a name, an email address and anything you want to say about the project. Those go to the scheduling provider that runs the calendar, and they are used to hold the meeting and to quote the work.
The request passes through a proxy on this domain so that the access token is never sent to your browser. The proxy forwards only the four endpoints the booking screen needs, and it refuses anything else.
If you send an email
Email sent to hello@newwebsite.builders is read and replied to. It is kept as long as it is useful for the work, and it is not added to a mailing list.
What this site does not do
- No advertising or profiling cookies.
- No third party trackers or social pixels.
- No selling or sharing of your details.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service to fetch them.
Your rights and who to ask
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@newwebsite.builders and it gets handled.
