One price, agreed before we start
Two plans and a third that is quoted in writing. Every number on this page is the number on the invoice.
Most website quotes are a range, and a range is a way of saying the number will be decided later. This page has no ranges in it. The price is set on the call, written down the same day, and it is what the invoice says.
A landing page is 1,000 EUR. A multi-page site starts at 1,750 EUR. Both are a single payment, both ship in 3 business days, and both include the source code, the hosting keys and 14 days of fixes. The multi-page site includes the headless CMS; on a landing page the CMS is a 200 EUR add-on. Anything with a backend is price on request, quoted in writing within 24 hours.

What every price includes
The same things, on every plan, because they are not upgrades. They are what a finished website is.
- The design. Written for your business, not adapted from a theme. 0 templates involved.
- The words. Drafted from the call, edited with you, or your own copy placed and fitted.
- The build. Hand-written components, no page builder runtime sent to a visitor.
- SEO and GEO. Titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and clean headings, in the markup from the first commit rather than added later. There is more on that on SEO and GEO.
- Hosting on an edge network, with SSL, set up in your name.
- The handover. Repository, hosting and CMS accounts in your name on launch day.
- 14 days of fixes, included, starting the day it goes live.
What is not included
Being straight about this is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in week two.
- Photography. We place and crop what you have. We do not shoot it.
- Logo design. If you do not have a logo, we can point you somewhere, but it is not in the price.
- Ongoing content. The CMS is yours precisely so that writing more does not cost you a call.
- Advertising spend and any paid tool you choose to plug in.
- Your domain. Usually 10 to 15 EUR a year, paid to your registrar, in your name.
What it costs to keep running
From us, 0 EUR a month. There is no licence to renew and no retainer to sign.
What you do pay is the domain, around 10 to 15 EUR a year, and hosting, which for most of these sites lands inside a free tier and otherwise costs a few EUR a month. Those accounts are in your name from launch day, so you are paying the provider directly rather than paying us to pay them.
A retainer is what you pay when you cannot change your own website. The CMS login and the source code are handed to you on day 3 precisely so that the answer to "can we change this" is yes, without a call and without an invoice.
How payment works
One payment, once, after the scope is agreed and before the build starts. That is the whole arrangement. There is no deposit schedule to track and no final invoice held over the launch.
The price is fixed at the moment the scope is written. If the scope changes because you want something that was not discussed, you get a new number in writing before that work starts, and you can say no to it and have the original site.
Which plan you need
