A website takes 3 business days from the signed scope. A landing page is 1,000 EUR and a multi-page site starts at 1,750 EUR, paid once. You own the source code, the hosting and the CMS login on launch day. There is no monthly fee to us, ever.
Questions people ask before booking
Does it really take only three business days?
Yes, and the window starts when the scope is signed and your material is in, not when you first email. Inside those 3 days you spend about an hour of your own time: the 30 minute call on day 1 and the review pass on day 3.
What happens if I am slow sending the words and pictures?
The date moves with you. Material is the one variable on your side of the line, so it is flagged on day 1 rather than discovered on day 3. Nothing else pauses the build.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do, completely. The source code, the git history, the hosting account, the CMS account and the domain are all in your name on launch day. If you never speak to us again the site keeps running and any developer can pick it up.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not to us. You pay your own registrar roughly 10 to 15 EUR a year for the domain, and hosting sits inside a free tier at the volume most small businesses have. There is no retainer and no licence to renew.
What do the 14 days of fixes cover?
Anything broken, anything wrong and anything that reads badly, for 14 days after launch, included. New pages and new features are new work and are quoted separately.
Can I edit the website myself afterwards?
Yes. A multi-page site includes a headless CMS and a login in your name. On a landing page the CMS is a 200 EUR add-on. You change words, pictures, prices and opening hours from a browser without touching code.
Do you build webshops and web applications?
Yes, as custom builds. Anything with a login, a checkout or a database is scoped on the same 30 minute call and quoted in writing within 24 hours. Those do not ship in 3 business days, and the real timeline is given before you pay.
Can you guarantee a position on Google?
No, and nobody honestly can. What is guaranteed is the technical foundation on day 1: structured data, clean headings, unique titles and descriptions, a sitemap, fast pages and internal linking that is designed rather than accidental.
What is not included in the price?
Photography, logo design, advertising spend, any paid third party tool you choose, and your domain registration. Everything needed to design, write, build, host and hand over the site is included.
How does payment work?
One payment, once, after the scope is agreed and before the build starts. There is no deposit schedule and no final invoice held over the launch.
