The call is 30 minutes and it is the only meeting there is. There is no discovery workshop and no second meeting to discuss the first one.
Use the button in the header, or the one at the foot of this page. It books directly into the calendar rather than sending a request that somebody replies to later.
What happens on the call
- You describe the business, the visitor you want and what you need them to do.
- We ask about the pages, what each has to say, and what material already exists.
- You get a direction rather than three to choose between, argued for out loud.
- You get a price, on the call, and it does not move afterwards.
The written scope follows the same day. Nothing is built and nothing is invoiced until you have read it and said yes.

Useful things to put in a first email, if you have them: what the business does, whether you have a domain already, roughly how many pages you think you need, and when you would like to be live. None of it is required.
Worth knowing before you book
- The prices are public. They are on the pricing page, all of them, including what is not included.
- Three days starts when the material is in. That is the one thing that can move the date.
- Anything with a login or a checkout is a custom build, quoted in writing within 24 hours instead of shipped in 3 days.
- You will be told if this is not a fit. That happens on the call, not after an invoice.
